There are two manuals that contain more detailed information about the features of Avadis NGS.

User Manual

The user manual contains information explaining the usage of the features in Avadis from an end user perspective. It provides:

• an overview of the user interface of the product and how to use it,
• details on the various steps in each of the analysis workflows including the parameters involved, and
• descriptions of all the visualizations and how to interpret them.

The user manual is packaged with the software and can be accessed in both HTML and PDF formats from the INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY/docs/index.html file.

Reference Manual

The reference manual contains detailed descriptions of the algorithmic parts of various analysis features in Avadis. It is meant for the advanced user who wants to delve deeper into the mathematical details of the algorithms. You can download the reference manual for version 1.4 of the product from here.
