Adding Chromosome Aliases
Can't see your data in the genome browser after loading your samples? This could be due to the fact that the chromosome names in your data are different from those in Avadis NGS. Watch this video to find out how you can add chromosome aliases in the Annotations Manager that match the chromosome names of your data.
Create Custom Bacterial Genomes
Avadis NGS supports annotations for a number of commonly investigated organisms. However, if you are working with a bacterial or viral organism, which is not currently supported, you can easily create the reference genome from a GenBank file with the Avadis NGS Annotations Manager and Script #10 in our online Script Library. Watch this video to learn how to create your custom bacterial genome.
