Adding Chromosome Aliases

Create Custom Bacterial Genomes
Avadis NGS supports annotations for a number of commonly investigated organisms. However, if you are working with a bacterial or viral organism, which is not currently supported, you can easily create the reference genome from a GenBank file with the Avadis NGS Annotations Manager and Script #10 in our online Script Library.
